Has anyone else run Into a bugged loadout slot?

So, I've heard of people on PS4 having level loss issues, but when it happened to me, somehow, I dropped from below 10, to back above, and now it won't recognize that I'm level 10, even though I'm level 20.
Has anyone else run into this, and if so, know how to fix it?
