Update on the dropped car from Turn 1

UPDATE ON THE DROPPED CAR: One of the Halmatro Safety tools used to connect the front of the car to the tow truck to stabilize it once it's hoisted in the air snapped in half. At that point, they were carrying the car freely. The ground at the drivers left concrete wall is very bumpy. There was a slight slack in the spool of line that had the car suspended in the air, and when the truck hit one of the bumps, it dropped the car. Nobody's fault, just a set of unfortunate circumstances. (Source: I flagged the station at pit out and talked to the tow truck driver and worker afterwards)
