Hello to anyone that read this listing. I am an aspiring game designer that has been working on a project of mine for around a quarter year by myself and to be honest it hasn't been going the best. i realize now that I can't do it all myself and I need to get the help of other talented individuals to finish this project of mine.

A little description of the project {Elevator Pitch}

The project, {which I will name and such in the projects discord}, is a genre crossing MOBA challenges what a MOBA is at a base level.

The project {Longer Form Explanation}
The game combines the aesthetics of many different genre's both in the environment and player characters. The game will promote a competitive enviroment where mechanical skill and the understanding of game-state are more important than playing towards a "Meta". In essence, being able to play a character you like to play at any point because you like the character. I also wish to, in both enviroment and character designs, to convey unique characters and personalities that seem 'real' {Lots of voice lines, quirks, etc.}

What I Have Done and Plans on Project

I have 160 characters planned out already, around 45 or so are designed kit wise and around 60 are designed appearance wise. The plane is to release the beta in waves, starting with a release of around 20-25 characters (enough to get a good mix of characters and data from each 5v5 game played.) I also have the base mechanics (The 'Item Store', the Boss Jungle camps, etc) of the game designed.

What I need

Just about every position. Any help in any capacity would be amazing. I also would like dedicated people who wanna see this to its completion.

Payment

Those that will help and work on/for the project will be paid when we start making money at a decaying rate. What I mean is, the start split of the money would be larger for you the team to pay back the prior work on the game, then it will equal out back to a normal rate once reparations are paid for service rendered.
