We're building a multiplayer VR shooting range, and our scoring system needs a few tweaks. We're extremely close to having an alpha ready for release, but our lead coder has had to step back for a bit due to medical reasons.
Background : The team is me and a few high school friends I've know for upwards of 25 years; no hard deadlines, as we all have jobs and other things going on.
Not a stressful environment whatsoever, but I don't want to let momentum drop. I've come up with the idea, done the art, level design, modeling, texturing, setup ballistics, etc. Lead coder is handling the heavy Unity & multiplayer lifting, and another friend is handling marketing/socials etc.
Right now, we need someone that's willing and able to put in a few hours a week, interfacing with myself and our Lead coder to get us a scoring system that does what we need.
More than happy to explain the details of what we needed, we've got documentation on where things are, and where they need to be. Most of the code exists, there's just a few tweaks that are above my c# abilities. No need for VR hardware, there's an emulator you can use, or you can just worry about the code and I'll do the testing.
