Haven’t received ECFMG certificate

I saw that I was approved for certification and everything went ok with the matching process, but I haven’t received neither an email telling me they’re sending out my certificate nor the certificate itself.
Getting pretty worried since my program expects me to present the original thing around May.
Anybody has some info?
