IMG in need of a supervisor

Hello. Iām a US trained IMG who would like to return to Canada. I know that the CPSO has removed the supervision rule but this does not apply to my case for various reasons. Can anyone please offer guidance on how to approach and ask potential supervisors? My field is anesthesiology. I can go and approach different hospitals or clinics but I am looking for a more targeted way to find someone. Thanks in advance
