Nice to know that Rand was kind/generous to Jayce, giving him chances to make money ( ahem unlike Yui who hands people things and uses them as tools for blackmail ). Also I think Rand/Jayce bromance is still in-tact because Jayce is literally Rand's right-hand man.

Interesting how Jayce mentioned "I don't think he handles the pressures of being the next heir very well... especially with competition lurking around the corner"

- Well that competition is thy Nol, I also have an inkling that Kou's drunk voice messages to everyone was Nol connected ( that's why Jayce was concerned about competition ). That'd also mean that he probably complained something about Nol to Rand in the voice message.

This is just speculation: But I think Jayce is eventually going to work as Nol's assistant

also Rand def made the right decision to hire Jayce as Kou's assistant because Jayce is so, so, so kind/encouraging. Rand put Kou in the right hands.
