As title says my online order hasn't arrived yet. I ordered a brimnes bed frame on 4/13 and picked the delivery date to be on 4/30 due to my work schedule. I received an email on 4/26 saying my order was shipped and that the delivery company would be in contact to set up a delivery time. It has been a week and I haven't been contacted. I've been trying to get into contact with customer service all week and it keeps saying that "no agents are available".

Has this happened to anyone else?

Edit: Delivery Company contacted me about 30 minutes after this post. Was on hold with Ikea for about 20 minutes. Delivery will be here this weekend.
