Seat cushion replacement for middle three seater Ekenäset

The middle seat cushion on my three seater Ekenäset is quite worn down. I got it for free a couple of years ago and I'm not exactly in love with it but buying a new couch for the place I live in doesn't make a huge amount of sense at the moment.
Has anyone tried to replace one of these? I know it would be a huge ordeal, but like, it couldn't be *that* bad. Does any one have any insight into trying to do this?
