Billy Oxberg with Panel doors are CROOKED

I know I'm supposed to adjust the hinges - but it doesn't seem to do anything! Any help would be appreciated.
I've moved with these bookcases twice now. But it doesn't matter - the doors have never hung straight!
I have six of these, all with the toppers with the glass doors, to make a full wall. But now that I'm in a forever home I want to take the time to fix the doors so they are straight and so that the gaps are reduced. Any advice?
