Got approved now what?

My moms hours got approved but when I created an account online for her I don’t see any hours on the time sheet. They have 0 instructions on how to be a provider. So my next step is to go in the office to fill out forms and then fingerprint? Do I need to bring my mom?
What are my next steps to be a provider? Am I able to do the form online?
