Would I be an asshole for going to ihop at 3am?

My sleep schedule is always pretty crazy. My local ihop is open 24/7 and it's really tempting to go. But I feel bad for the employees who are there at odd hours and I wonder if it's abusive to the employees or something. Me going at 3am would encourage ihop to continue being open 24/7, which might not be in the employee's best interest.
