I know its a little off topic but is anybody having issues with getting youtube video notifications?

I am subscribed to JAR and IHE and a bunch of other stuff, and ever since they "modified" the algorithm for the subscriptions feed I've also not been getting alerts on my phone about new videos. I have made sure that the bell is on for all the channels I want notifications for but I am not getting the notifications. Anyone else noticing this?

I don't know how many of you are also JAR subscribers but the JAR Blab the other day, I had to find out about it from reddit. I didn't even see a notification for it.
