Feeling frustrated ready to quit after a lifetime of struggling with my weight
Post Body
Seeing people lose 20 lbs in a few months on other subs only makes me more frustrated not motivated. 39F and 5’3” CW 162. I’ve lost 90lbs altogether over 11 years (2pregnancies) but I’m still fat. And disgustingly flabby. Been trying for over a year to lose the last 30 lbs and tone up. Nothing works...feels like it would be easier and more mentally healthy to just be fat. I feel like my time is running out and might as well give up once I turn 40. I’m already invisible anyway.
