39F, SW 250, CW 164, GW 140. 5β3β. Iβve been fasting for quite awhile now, mostly 20:4. I had a very difficult emotional time in March and have packed back on 10lbs in just a few weeks. I just donβt even know what to do. Those 10lbs took me months to lose! Could it be that my muscle mass and calorie needs are just so low? Are there any short women here that so weight training? Have you noticed a difference? I am feeling so demoralized right now and like my goal is farther away than ever.
