IDP IELTS test confirmation email was in spam folder. I haven’t checked SPAM folder and missed speaking test.

Hello Friends My IELTS LRW test is tomorrow and my speaking test was today. I haven’t got any confirmation mail and decided to contact exam centre. They told me your speaking is today but I was at work and couldn’t attend speaking. I asked them to reschedule my speaking to next available date and they refused. I don’t expect that email from international exam will go in my spam folder. Its not my fault neither theirs. What should I do? Can I attend LRW without giving speaking? And does it makes any sense to do that? I am stuck please guide me.
