Why Israel won't push them to the Philadelphia route?

Post Body

I read that Israel is planning a special military op in the Philadelphia route, and it would close off the border with Egypt. I believe this is an unnecessary risk that won't pay well for the outcome of this war. Hostages are in Khan Younis and near Rafah and perhaps on the other side of Rafah too. This would create tensions with Egypt, tensions we don't need right now.

In the coming months, Israel would face some horrible decisions.

Whether to release the lives of the abductees and stop the war or go and fight with Lebanon. Each of the decisions is fucked up scenario. Especially if you don't know you're bargaining for alive hostages or dead ones, and considering what happened before, I assume there are no alive abductees anymore. Either way, it's fucked up choice. What're your thoughts?
