is taking chemistry hl that important if i wanna major in bio/medicine/pharmacy

idk why but looking at hl chem i literally start to panic, because im already not good at chem (but i pass), and i barely understand it (especially the formulas and the equations etc). and seeing that alot of people and universities require hl chem as well hl bio im confused and idk what to do 🧍♂️
generally these are my classes that i plan to go with next year:
HL: bio, psych, french b SL: eng, math, chem
