Physics IA ideas - massively stuck and running out of time
Post Body

Hey everyone,

So I had an original idea for my physics IA, which was looking at how the moment of inertia of a double pendulum changes as its length changes. Unfortunately, as it turns out, someone is doing that for their Extended Essay, so I can't do that. I only had one good idea for a physics experiment, which was using spectroscopy with stars to determine various properties, and i did that for my EE.

Can anyone suggest interesting experiments that can easily be done in a short amount of time that has some interesting math (read: hard stuff like calculus) I can go into?

Thanks!
