English PP1 Exam. How screwed am I?

So this may or may not be a hypothetical. Suppose someone did a Paper 1 exam, and time ran out as they were writing the conclusion. And they wrote only 1 sentence which technically did summarise the essay. But the rest of the essay was more or less okay. How screwed would that individual be?
