I find the current IBM logo bland and outdated. Especially the font. Why isn’t it Sans Serif? Doesn’t Sans Serif look more neat?
The 1924 logo is actually fancy.
Edit: This logo does not reflect a-lot with IBM's pivot to hybrid cloud and AI. When I look at the logo, I think of computing servers stacked on top of each other. Which was relevant back in the 70s. Apple had it the same way with colors a few years later. But it did not take long for them to change it.
This feels a lot like people saying dad rock has lost its charm. No- it will always be timeless!
