Fourth Covid dose for anti-TNF monotherapy?

Has anyone here who is on a TNF inhibitor only been recommended a fourth Covid dose? I’ve had three primary doses of Moderna (last was six months go) and my doc says I don’t need another one right now. Has that been your experience?
