Biologics/TNF inhibitor - immune system suppression

If you stop taking biologics, does your immune system eventually return back to it's level of activity pre-biologics or does your immune system retain somewhat suppressed? I took Simponi and Humira around Jan-December 2018 and so I'm wondering whether I should be slightly more concerned with regards to the coronavirus.
