My name is Chadwan Al Yaghchi, I am an ear, nose and throat surgeon. Over the years I have developed a special interest in transgender healthcare and I have introduced a number of voice feminisation procedures to the UK. This has included my own modification to the Wendler Glottoplasty technique, a minimally invasive procedure which has since become the preferred method for voice feminisation.
