IAmA former Bartending School Instructor, AMA

I ran a Bartending school in Edmonton AB, Canada for 3 years, taught over 1000 students and even created some of the material used at the school. I've been Bartending for 7 years.

Tons of people ask me about bartending, so I figured as a professional instructor I would open the field for questions.

Drink recipes vary by region, so dont ask. and policies in Canada are different than in the states, so nothing on laws either- I just wont know it. Other than that, AMA...

Edit: Its bed time for me, will continue to answer any questions that come my way though.
