I’m an investigative reporter with the USA TODAY Network / Arizona Republic and have spent a year looking into law schools and how many students go onto pass the bar exam. At 18 U.S. law schools, at least a quarter of graduates who took the bar exam didn’t pass within two years. Because of this, the American Bar Association might change the standards by which it judges law schools.
