WSJ and Realtor.com released the eighth edition of The Wall Street Journal/Realtor.com Emerging Housing Markets Index, highlighting the top emerging housing markets in the U.S., as well as how macroeconomic trends are impacting real estate dynamics as reflected in metro-level data.
