This may be a stupid question? So I recently had to work a concert outside and there was a high chance of rain (it didn’t rain). I was wondering if locals have clauses in their contracts that says they would get paid more or something/anything for inclement weather. If that’s even a thing. I’ve just seen a few concerts recently online where the performers still go on even if it’s raining (no lighting) and it just got me wondering what the usual protocols are. And for reference I would’ve been running spot light for this concert out in the open uncovered. I’m not saying I should be entitled to more pay just curious if I should try and get something like this put into future contracts.
