Newbie here- 2019 Hyundai Tuscon Andriod Auto probs

Hi everyone, I just joined the Hyundai club lastnight! I got a 2019 Hyundai Tuscon. My fiancé and I can't get Anroid Auto to work (I have a Galaxy S10). I've had it work before on a previous rental and my Apple Carplay works with my fiances iPhone.
Anyone run into similar issues? It won't even let me use the voice control work with my Android Plugged in.
Any tips or advice on how to fix it?
