Can a dealership help with goodwill towards my costs after an offer from Hyundai of 75/25 split? My dealership is saying Hyundai holds us to the guideline that if they give goodwill, we have to show the amount agreed upon from Hyundai as being collected from the vehicle owner. If this is true I'm sure there are ways to still help the customer if they want to. Key word if they want to!
