Just saying hello to everyone. I'm a 31F dealing with bipolar disorder, hypothyroidism and tachycardia (the latter is possibly related to the other two issues). Between the ages of 28 and now my energy levels just... Tanked. My bipolar disorder made "doing life" challenging on its own, but for the past few years it's been an even bigger deal to keep up with the day's demands. The fatigue is extreme. I have to pace myself. Anyway, I've been reading posts on this subreddit for a few months and decided I'd like to post. Your stories - our shared experiences - are powerful and encourage people like me to keep doing life. Thank you for opening up to Internet strangers and, as-always, remember to take your meds (: Happy Monday.
