Hey all! I browsed this subreddit a lot after I saw my recent blood test marker (TSH almost 6, but had a normal T4) and realized I had so many symptoms mentioned here.

What really kicked it off was a couple days of some chest pain, panic attacks and lightheadedness. Not to mention nighttime bradycardia over several months that seemed to keep getting worse (which my watch started waking me up over -- maybe 3 months ago). I'm not fit enough to have that low of a pulse, plus it dipped under 40 a few times a night.

A couple days after starting Levothyroxine, just a little over a week ago, my pulse hasn't dipped under 52. Most days it only gets down to the 60s when I'm sleeping now. It was worrying me so much for so long, seeing it return to normal almost made me cry!

I guess my question is: has anyone experienced something similar? I didn't see a ton of posts about that crossover, but my doctor said it happens. Here's hoping treatment keeps going this well? :)
