26 year old bi guy from the UK. Midshaft hypospadias. Had 2 surgeries as a kid to fix it. Had a couple more recently to try and fix a stricture and am now using a dilator every couple of days to see if that keeps my urethra wider. Happy to answer any questions in comments or dms
