Long story short-
I think i've had low blood sugar issues for a long time. I am 25, and have had tons and tons of testing. I have always had these so called "panic attacks" that were HORRENDOUS randomly. i'm talking an er visit because of trembling, face tingles/minor twitches, confusion, heart racing etc.
I had an episode the night after heavy drinking, and took myself in. The doctor told me my blood sugar was 58. He said I probably have not been having panic attacks, but have low blood sugar.
I have a meter and now have been reading it constantly to collect data over the last few days, and i'm wondering how I know for sure if i'm hypoglycemic. I am doing my best to educate myself, and i'm seeing many many similarities in the research.
in an episode of very low blood sugar, what happens to you guys? on the extreme end.
thanks in advance ♥️
