Crashing every 3 hours :(
I'm noticing no matter if I eat meat and veggies or raw rolled oats with half and half - I'm crashing every 3 hrs. Due to the multiple crashes I'm having perday I'm always feeling weak, faint, have a horrible headache and feel off balanced. The only way I can feel good again is if I eat hershys chocolate, drink a sprite or eat some other form of sugar. I'm not sure how to stop these crashes.
Has anybody else conquered this and over came it? I'm starting to think I'll never be healthy again 😕 and it's making me suicidal
