About a week ago I started doing self hypnosis to help me access a calmer, happier state in response to adversity. I was tired of how easy it was for me to access anger, resentment, bitterness, disappointment, frustration and probably a few other negative emotions as well.
Since then I have keep a much more even temper with co workers, a significant and unexpected car repair, and world events.
Considering how many people are likely going through similar stuff I was thinking of writing up a script and doing a recording which I would be happy to send out to anyone interested. I should be able to have this done no later than Sunday.
