Whats up?

I saw posts about email slaves and found videos corresponding to it and gave them a whirl. I haven't tried it out but Im very eager to see how this goes as Im very observant of my email.

I must obey any instructions given inside an email with the subject "THIS IS YOUR NEW HYPNOFILE" and won't remember the email if the words "MUST DO" are within the body text.

I do have a few limits though: toilet play, extreme pain, cruelty and irl interference.

Im fairly open to everything although I don't think I'll have much of a choice. I check my emails pretty regularly so Im unlikely to miss any emails.
