So when most people think of hypnosis they think of someone keeping their eyes fixed on something, being put to sleep, being in a trance like state, acting a bit out of the ordinary, and then coming back... That is precisely what I don't do.

At first, I become the space you bring all of your most private, personal, and true thoughts to. This first phase is an essential one. It's where you get comfortable opening up and talking about things that may have been hard for you to even think about privately... But you learn very quickly you feel better having a trusted source to bring all of your thoughts to and be validated just for being you....

But being open is just the beginning, then it comes time to listen. Small tasks are given to you and you do them and report them. No one will know this is happening, just us. Once you've shown progress here the tasks will become more substantial and they may even be things you'd never dream of doing if I wasn't so fully embedded in your head. But not only are you now proud to do it, you can't imagine doing things any other way anymore...

Which brings us to the final phase. On the outside you seem to act perfectly within your own capacity. But inside I've trained you so thoroughly with triggers, tasks, and perceptions you've become a living doll. The freedom of stress I've seen from my successful projects has even exceeded my best expectations. And isn't that why you're here?

This is a commitment daily and you need to be all in if you're interested. You must prove you're up to going through all three phases and that you're willing to do the amount of time necessary for full transformation.
