This is a rabbit hole for me. The more I read into it the more curious I get. As probably many (?) I started out by listening to audios focusing on HFO's and while I have yet to succeed this way they are really pleasurable.

Lately though, the thought of being hypnotized in real time is something that is really making me curious. What are the major differencies from listening to a file, how do you experience text based hypnosis when you have to respond in real time and I wonder if it's even possible to get under that way at all?

Would love to hear more from you about your experiences and would also be a bit excited to try some "light" hypnosis to see how I would respond?
