Hypnotic Basics: If youāre returning to my scripts, feel free to ignore this paragraph, as it will never change. It is just an initial check-list to make sure of safety before reading. For anybody who hasnāt done this before or has never read one of my scripts specifically, Welcome. Please follow these basic rules to ensure your safety, privacy, and consent. 1, Ensure that you are in an area where you would reasonably be able to say āI was taking a napā if you are interrupted for any reason. This means that you a) have a minimum of 20 minutes, b) are able to sit or lay comfortably, and c) have no other distractions or pressing commitments. 2, Please get yourself a glass of water before reading further, as there will be a suggestion to drink water immediately after waking up when the session is ending. 3, Ā Take a moment now to double check the title of the posting and that it is something that you want to focus on for a trance/hypnotic session. Whatever is in the title is going to be what is in the script, so you have had 2 chances now to confirm your certainty and consent that you wish to continue. Thank you for taking the time to read if this was your first time, or if you just felt the need to reconfirm that there is nothing substantially different in the paragraph. Which, there isnāt, exactly as I said, because I am literally going to copy and paste this to every script that I write from now on. Anyway. Thatās the basics and if you are now ready to continue, remembering and recognizing that this is your third and final warning, feel free to dive right in. I have given myself the writing challenge to try to craft a complete script in 5 minutes, then 10, then 20, then a 1 hour script just to see the differences. This is the 5 minute script.
Breathe deeply. Donāt worry about all those numbers. The only thing you need to think about is 1.
1 moment of having a little peace and quiet.
1 deep breath and relaxation to focus your mind on the 1 thing that you need to be doing right now.
1 simple, singular, clear objective. To read these words and follow along til you get to the end.
1 and 1 and 1 is three, as they say, and with those 3 things that are really all 1 thing in mind, I want you to breathe and relax and put all of your focus and attention of following along.

And BLANK.
No other thoughts, no other worries, cares, doubts, stresses or strains, just BLANK.
BLANK.
Now, you can enjoy your time here for as long as you like. I wrote this in 5 minutes, so if you wake up in 5 minutes would seem perfectly fair.

2 more things to remember before you come all the way up.
1, donāt forget that the word BLANK, when I say it, will bring your mind back down to this empty peaceful place.
2, donāt forget that you can come back anytime by rereading this script and diving down deep and BLANK again. You donāt have to linger long, but you can stay for as long as you like.

3 times deeper now, but knowing that I only had 5 minutes to write that it must be almost over soon.
4 at the count of 5, you will wake up completely, and feel peaceful and relaxed and restored. But for now, just 1 more moment, stay BLANK.

Now, of course I didnāt get to do just a ton with this one, since it was only supposed to be 5 minutes. (I failed that self-imposed time-limit this time. Gonna try again for 10 minutes soon though.) And so it may not have been my best work, but I hope you enjoyed. Remember to stay hydrated, and take your time getting up.
