Hypnotic Basics: If youâre returning to my scripts, feel free to ignore this paragraph, as it will never change. It is just an initial check-list to make sure of safety before reading. For anybody who hasnât done this before or has never read one of my scripts specifically, Welcome. Please follow these basic rules to ensure your safety, privacy, and consent. 1, Ensure that you are in an area where you would reasonably be able to say âI was taking a napâ if you are interrupted for any reason. This means that you a) have a minimum of 20 minutes, b) are able to sit or lay comfortably, and c) have no other distractions or pressing commitments. 2, Please get yourself a glass of water before reading further, as there will be a suggestion to drink water immediately after waking up when the session is ending. 3,  Take a moment now to double check the title of the posting and that it is something that you want to focus on for a trance/hypnotic session. Whatever is in the title is going to be what is in the script, so you have had 2 chances now to confirm your certainty and consent that you wish to continue. Thank you for taking the time to read if this was your first time, or if you just felt the need to reconfirm that there is nothing substantially different in the paragraph. Which, there isnât, exactly as I said, because I am literally going to copy and paste this to every script that I write from now on. Anyway. Thatâs the basics and if you are now ready to continue, remembering and recognizing that this is your third and final warning, feel free to dive right in. Tired? Stressed? Just need a rest? Welcome.
I know how that feels. Everybody needs a break sometimes.
Speaking of time, why not take a some now to focus on your breathing.
Deep breaths can help to relax the body and reduce the stress.
Just a little rest, and then all the rest of whatever else can sort itself out later.
Now, of course, I donât want you to just take a nap, so let your eyes keep reading and relaxing, even as you feel just how deep the tired sinks in. Afterall, if you wanted a nap you wouldnât be reading on reddit right now. So, letâs see if we canât give you something slightly better than just a simple nap.
Read, Relax, and get some real rest.
Breathe deep breaths, and let your eyes land lightly on each word. No need to linger or burden your brain with the big business or the busywork. Iâll paint the word-picture, and you feel free to just sit and stare and soak in it as long as you like.
I believe I already mentioned time, but seeing as I donât know how much you have at the moment, might I suggest setting yourself a timer for around half an hour. Doesnât have to be loud or obnoxious, just a reminder not to look too long or lose your whole day to this little daydream. 30 minutes. And then, of course, if you still have more time, of course, youâre free to continue to read and relax and remember to just breathe.

So, since youâve already accepted the premise and Iâve given the promise of it, I suppose we should get started.
Picture a painting. A pastoral scene. Peaceful. The breeze blows through the grasses, as you gaze.
If you really relax, and continue to read, then the more you focus on following these words, the more real that scene will start to feel.
Feel the warm sun wash over you. Feel the fresh air on your face. Feel your mind melt away all the awful and annoying mess that you usually carry. The stress, the stuff that sucks, all of that muck, just let it get blown away in the breeze.
If you listen, you may even hear the moo of a milkcow, and the cling-clang of the bell.
Cling-clang.
Cling-clang.
Moooo.
Peaceful, friendly, and unbothered. Just the simple cling-clang of the bell⌠I bet you envy that moocow sometimes. Such an easy life, with the calm breeze, and the bright sun, and the cling-clang, and plenty of space and all she has to do is make milk and moo.
Moooo.
Let yourself smile at how silly that thought is. So easy to laugh and dismiss the idea. It is a funny idea, I suppose...But, if you want to become a cow, all you have to do is Moooo.
Moooo.
Moo and feel your mind melt away to make room for milk. Feel all your thoughts wash away, along with the worries and the stresses of the day to day. You can CLING-CLANG with the cowbell and just let yourself be the hucow you want to get to become.
When I say CLING-CLANG, you can let out a Moooo and let your mind morph into that moocow. So peaceful, so relaxed, just taking some time and getting some rest.
CLING-CLANG. Moooo.
CLING-CLANG. Moooo.
Feel your udders swell, hucow. Mind melts into milk. As you make more of the milk, your mind gets more focused on this feeling, just relaxing and reading, as you get some much needed rest.
CLING-CLANG. Moooo.
As the bell rings, you feel more and more drawn to keep reading and relaxing. Just breath, and let your sense of self shift to your udders. Youâre a hucow. You love to hear the CLING-CLANG, to make milk, and to just be in this pretty pastoral picture.
CLING-CLANG. Moooo.
Now, by all means, feel free to let yourself take your time here, enjoy the scents, sounds, sunshine, and that peace that comes from reading my words. You already set yourself that timer, so when it goes off you will naturally wake up, and feel wonderful and refreshed from having such a splendid little session.

Iâm glad youâre enjoying yourself, and enjoying getting to be a Good Cow for me. Now feel a warm wave of pleasure wash over you. The milk is so nice, and youâre so eager to be a Good Cow and enjoy this feeling for as long as you can.
Feel yourself being led into a big, bright, warm, safe, peaceful stall in the barn. You can feel the milkers attached to you and starting to suck and pull and empty you of all that extra strong, special milk. As it goes through the filters it will get rid of all of the nastiness. No bad thoughts, no stresses, no troubles, no worries, no problems. Then you can drink it all back up, and your mind will be so much clearer and cleaner and nicer. That wonderful milk that becomes your mind as your mind becomes milk and you hear the CLING-CLANG of the bell. Good Cow.
In a little while, youâll wake back up, feeling so fabulous and refreshed. If you still have more than 15 minutes on the timer, then you know that you have time to reread any of your favorite parts or this whole thing again. If you already have reread it, or time is running out, then you can just relax, breathe deeply, and listen to the CLING-CLANG as you make more milk and your mind melts and mends and comes back again better than before.
Just relax and enjoy, and feel that warm, peaceful, pleasant feeling flow all over you as your mind comes back and the timer ticks down.
On the count of 3, youâll be back to your usual self, and the bell will not ring or make you feel any particular thing or cause any difference. If youâd like to hear it again, all you need to do is reread or feel a tiny tug towards the profile and a comfortableness with the thought of messaging me and introducing yourself.
Reading, relaxing, feeling so fantastic.
