I want you to take a moment to make yourself comfortable. Sit back and relax. Notice how nice it is to just take some time for yourself? To just sit back, leave your troubles behind and lose yourself. Perhaps one of the best ways to lose oneself is with a good read. A nice read where you get lost in the story. See, whatâs interesting about reading text, with your brain working oh so hard to interpret the words on various levels, as well as trying to pay attention to your environment, is that you may or may not begin to notice a change in your breathing. Many people find that their breathing becomes deeper and deeper, slower and slower, while others simply choose to ignore their breathing all together, until eventually succumbing to some nice deep full breaths. Either way, it doesnât matter which of those you choose to do, just as long as you feel comfortable. Comfortable knowing that breathing deep feels so relaxing. Doesnât it?
Noticing that amazing feeling of relaxation and contentment rising with each breath. Itâs as though each breath just breathes out your troubles. Each breath breathes out your tension. Noticing how each breath just leads you deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feeling so good, to simply read and breathe. Isnât it interesting to simply see each sentence unfolding before you? Noticing the faint glow of the screen. You have probably already noticed the muscles in your head simply relaxing. Notice just how focused your eyes are on each and every sentence unfolding before you. Your eyes are so focused on the story unfolding, that you may or may not have noticed your eyes are unable to shut. Always able to remain focused. Blinking when you need. Breathing when you need. Breathing out the tension. Breathing in the relaxation.
Imagine how nice it would feel now to simply soften your gaze. To look right through this screen. To follow my words with only your peripheral vision. Notice how good that feels. Notice how much easier it is to simply put your reading on autopilot and let your mind drift away. Though your eyelids may be getting heavier, more and more relaxed, youâll find that each time those heavy eyes fall closed, they open again and focus right back on the screen. Find yourself falling deeper and deeper into this relaxed, loose, pleasant mindset. So easy to just breathe out the tension and relax.
Youâve probably already noticed your reading has almost completely moved to autopilot. Youâre doing so good now. Just let your mind wander away from those silly silly thoughts. Thinking is for another time. The only thing you need to do is just let yourself automatically read my words. Knowing that if you miss a word, your subconscious will pick it up for you. So limp and loose. Noticing that each passing word makes you more and more mindless, more and more relaxed. Notice how this works for you. Just let the glow of the screen sooth your mind.
Noticing the faint glow of the screen just fading your troubles away. Itâs so easy to just let the warm glow massage your tired mind. Isnât it? And since thatâs so easy, it must be even easier to just let each word you read take your tensions away. Isnât that right? And since thatâs just oh so easy, everyone knows that the easiest thing to do is to just stay focused on my words and be mindless. Each passing word, each passing sentence, leaving your thoughts further and further behind. So relaxed, but unable to look away from the screen. Notice how this works for you. So nice to just disconnect and relax, isnât it? Each passing word leading you further and further away from those silly thoughts. Nothing to worry about besides being a Good Girl for me. Reading your thoughts away. Reading your tensions away. Reading my words is automatic. Breathing is automatic. Relaxing is automatic. Obeying is automatic. Good Girl
Those thoughts so so far away now. Just so blank and mindless. Engrossed in the glow of the screen. Noticing your mouth gently resting open. You may even begin to notice a little drool dripping down. Being blank and mindless feels so good. So automatic. Youâre being such a Good Girl for me. In a moment youâre going to be be an extra Good Girl and do something for me. See the next time you read the phrase âGood Girlâ you will feel an immense wave of pleasure and arousal wash over you. Wonât that feel good? Imagine just how good that wave of pleasure and arousal will feel. But, no matter how much pleasure you will feel, you will not look away from the screen. Yes, when you read that phrase that wave will be just so automatic, so irresistible.Each and every time you read that phrase it will be even more automatic and even more pleasurable than the previous time. Now, be a Good Girl for me and enjoy the sensations. Feel that wave of pleasure and arousal washing over your body, but, no matter what, you are transfixed on the warm numbing glow of the screen. Good Girl. Notice how well this works for you. Remembering that each and every word you read pulls you further and further, deeper and deeper into trance. Notice how nice it feels to simply enjoy a little mindless pleasure. Just oh so far away from those silly thoughts. Isnât that right? Good Girl. Isnât it interesting that every time time you read that phrase it just feels even easier to submit to that wave of pleasure? Notice that with each passing use of our little phrase that the effects are even more and more intense. Good Girl. Youâre being so good for me. So entranced by the glow of the screen. You donât have to read this again, but when you do, youâll notice the pleasure increasing with each passing use of our phrase. Isnât that right? Good Girl.
