Since the first post garnered some traction, here's the promised follow up. In this module there's a focus on deepening your everyday lust by associating hunger with masturbation.
Activity: before every meal masturbate for 20 minutes before a meal. Snacks count as meals, water doesn't. It's of great importance that you do not eat, or masturbate, if the hunger doesn't kick in.
Frequency: all meals. Do not neglect it. After a few days it'll feel like natural.
Rationale: associating eating and masturbation will create arousal throughout the day. Hunger is a necessity after all. A secondary benefit is that eating when hungry feels rather rewarding meaning a conditioned response to masturbation will become the sensation of being "full".
Special considerations: If you're on any particular drug that influences your sense of hunger this module might not be appropriate for you.
Further info: from the last post I got a lot of DMs and interest in personal training. While I'm certainly not against it I want to make sure you're aware that I'm a rather demanding dom and will need a lot of commitment.
