So I’m not entirely sure if this sub does this , or it is allowed. But I’m looking for a comfort type audios. The normal audios that are used for comfort usually work for the moment but make me feel worse. I’ve been feeling like absolute crap for a while and all I’ve been doing is sleeping, going to class and studying and right back at it, barely even having an appetite and struggle to even shower and some point. I just want a comfort to help me reset my mental health for a while. Like to mentally feel like I’m being engulfed in a warm hug that forces all my pent up emotions out of me.
