So I was playing around and realized that I never remember my trances- and I’m worried that the guy I was talking to may have put some bad triggers in. My trance trigger is ‘nighty night’ in all caps so if any experienced hypnotist can help me remove some triggers and see what he did thanks a ton- I’ll be on for a bit now before going to sleep (deleting this once I get help)
