I've been having issues with being hypnotised, it's kinda easy to drop me into a trance and wake me up from trance but anything besides that is impossible. I was recommended to try hypnosis by a friend and really wanna have triggers and experience all these things everyone else can but it just doesn't work for me. I've tried Text and Audio and I've noticed Text is more effective.
