Have you ever wanted to have access to your sex locked away from you? To be only capable of touching yourself through your underwear? To be kept pent up and know that there’s nothing you can do about it?
This file will turn whatever underwear you are wearing into null bulge underwear. The null bulge underwear will lock access to your genitals so you cannot touch or stimulate yourself directly. You will be able to remove them to shower or use the restroom or change clothes, but never to touch yourself. There are two version of this file:
The first version is one where you can always use a special phrase to cancel the effects of this file and turn your null bulge underwear back into regular underwear
The second version is one where you give someone else the ability to use the special phrase but you cannot. That person will have control of when your null bulge underwear becomes regular underwear. There is a safeword if you need to end the effects of this file yourself for any reason.
