Hypnotic Basics: If youāre returning to my scripts, feel free to ignore this paragraph, as it will never change. It is just an initial check-list to make sure of safety before reading. For anybody who hasnāt done this before or has never read one of my scripts specifically, Welcome. Please follow these basic rules to ensure your safety, privacy, and consent. 1, Ensure that you are in an area where you would reasonably be able to say āI was taking a napā if you are interrupted for any reason. This means that you a) have a minimum of 20 minutes, b) are able to sit or lay comfortably, and c) have no other distractions or pressing commitments. 2, Please get yourself a glass of water before reading further, as there will be a suggestion to drink water immediately after waking up when the session is ending. 3, Ā Take a moment now to double check the title of the posting and that it is something that you want to focus on for a trance/hypnotic session. Whatever is in the title is going to be what is in the script, so you have had 2 chances now to confirm your certainty and consent that you wish to continue. Thank you for taking the time to read if this was your first time, or if you just felt the need to reconfirm that there is nothing substantially different in the paragraph. Which, there isnāt, exactly as I said, because I am literally going to copy and paste this to every script that I write from now on. Anyway. Thatās the basics and if you are now ready to continue, remembering and recognizing that this is your third and final warning, feel free to dive right in. Without further ado, letās beginā¦

"I'm tired." "Hi tired, I'm Scott."
I've been doing hypnosis for 10 years now, and I know 1 thing for certain: everybody needs somebody, sometimes.
You've got a body. Feel your body now.
Feel the tiredness. The stress. The anxiety.
Whose got troubles?
Youse got troubles.
How much troubles?
Toooo much troubles.
Breathe deeply. Let those things all start to shift sideways.
You might have more than you can carry right now, so just let them slip off your shoulders, like taking off a heavy backpack, and feel your muscles relax. Don't carry that weight for such a long time.
You feel that needling feeling behind your eyes, like a headache from a botched lobotomy? Your brain's sore, like it is actually hurting to think about it?
Breathe, relax, and feel that feeling melt away now. With every number you count, you're going to feel as if you are stepping slowly deeper and deeper into a warm, wonderful, gently bubbling jacuzzi.
1, feel the warm water at your feet. Relaxing, easing you in, just gently going into deeper and deeper trance.
2, up to your knees, as your legs start to feel like cooked pasta, just so warm and soft as you sink down deeper into the wonderful, healing water.
3, up to your waist, as you find your seat where you want. The jets bubbling and popping and purging all that stress and anxiety and worry away.
4, you take your seat, and it is up to your chest, and you feel your heart gently thumping in your chest. Breathe deeply. Let it slow slightly as the water melts your worries away and your mind becomes clearer.
5, Up to your neck, as you sink deeper, and gently float in the warm, wonderful water.
Now, breathing deeply, and relaxing completely, I am going to give your mind a mild little suggestion.
If you want to follow along, and go even deeper, then when I reach 10, you will feel yourself enter an ever more peaceful TRANCE.
6, Sinking so deep, and so relaxed.
7, breathing steadily, and so calm.
8, focusing on following, coming with me to go even deeper.
9, feeling peaceful and pleasant. Ready to go even deeper.
10, TRANCE, and go even deeper.
TRANCE and feel your mind floating and following my words.
In your mind, there are many memories, some not as good as others. But there are also at least a few demons or monsters, the troubles that haunt the halls of your mind.
Luckily, we do not have to face those troubles alone.
Imagine for a moment the form of your perfect protector.
It can be someone from pop culture or anime, a religious figure, or your best friend. Anyone you imagine, just so long as this version of them lives in your mind and is sworn to protect you.
This guardian will never tire or rest.
This defender will always be there for you to call upon and comes to your mind as easily as your own name.
This protector will shield you, bolster you, and beat back those bad things that have been in your brain.
As you feel the demons rush for you, let the protector interpose between you and them. You need not fight alone anymore.
For the next half-hour or so, feel this imagined hero hold back the tide and keep you from being overwhelmed.
Just Breathe.
Just Relax.
You have help and the fight may not be over after that half hour, but it should certainly be made easier.
Remember, the guardian will not stop until you are safe and all of those foes are fully and completely conquered.
Whenever you wish to call for them specifically, just say their name, either in your mind or aloud, and your guardian will come to your side and help you hold back the bad, however horrifying the monsters may ever have been.
There is a lot to let yourself heal from and the process of that may take a good bit of time, more than you have to spend right now, reading these relaxing words.
But for now, the bad all begins to shrink down and gets made into no more than a marble.
A tiny little bouncy ball of bad.
Now, on the count of 3, you hand me the ball, and I am going to make it disappear completely.
1, the bad shrinks, the good grows.
2, the worries and worst things all disappearing as you feel such peace.
3, POP and the bubble bursts as the ball is handed to me and I fling it far far away, and it is lost in the ocean for forever and ever.
Deep breaths. Deep relaxation. Deep peace of mind.
Now, I don't know how long you have left for sitting and soaking in this jacuzzi, and enjoying this deep peace of mind, but I have the feeling that time may be about up on the jets.
So, breathe deeply, relax, and on the count of 10 you'll feel yourself come up completely and wake up ready to face whatever is left of your day.

3, rising slowly
4, stepping up out of the warm water
5, taking the stairs up, gradually.
6, grabbing a towel to dry off.
7, changing back to your usual attire as your mind wanders back to the waters.
8, wondering how much more can be washed away, how much better you can be.
9, now taking a moment. Remembering that at the next number the session will be over.
But this is not that yet.
For this moment, I want you to give all of your focus and attention to one final thought I have for you: think about sharing just a little something of your sessionin the comments. You don't have to pick back up the backpack, or try to re-find the troubles or square up with the shadows from your past. Just share who you chose as your protector, so that you can remember them clearly and call upon them again easily whenever you want or need to, no matter the nightmare or the nagging of your naysayers, the guardian will always be there to stand firm and help you face those fears and dreads and desires that you want to drown in the warm, wonderful waters of the jacuzzi in your mind.
Share that detail, and feel free to reach out if you should like to continue some time.
Then take one more deep breath.
Let your pack be lighter, as you lift it back up and start to slowly smile and prepare for the final number.
10, AWAKE AWAKE AWAKE, and let yourself feel far better than before you began.

Well, that ladies, gentlemen, persons who prefer neither, and otherwise, is my attempt to provide all of you with a protector in your mind similar to what I have done for some others. I have not gone quite as far with this one as I did with the others, since they were a little more customized and specialized, but I hope that folks who want to try to work on themselves and are willing to work with me are able to feel a little better about their chances of conquering their darkest demons.
Anyway, drink some water. Take it kinda easy getting up or starting back into whatever comes next for you. Feel free to reread or to read my other scripts if you want. Fair warning, they are not always as kind as this, but I hope that it helps. Get your rest, gang, and I'm open to other requests if people want to ask for something specific.
