Thinking of getting the 1350 gems pack. What is the best thing to do with the gems?

I was thinking of buying booster cookies and either using them to get a bunch of bits (I'm still only New Player Fame) or just selling the booster cookies on the bz.
What should I do with the gems? If i do use the cookies, what should i buy with bits to get the most profit?
