Dizzy shortness of breath on carbi

Help I am on carbi 5 mg since Monday Took it before in 2023 and got terrible sick

Now I have dizziness and severe shortness of breath. I thought I would need an ambulance to get back home from my daily walk. Had a blood draw at 11 am this morning. I was fine after (the event happened at 5 pm) I managed to get home but feel the same now. 9 pm levels in November:

TSH 0.01 FT4 18,41 ( 11,5-23,0) FT3 4,47 ( 2,5-5,8)

I had no hyper symptoms except for sweating and dizzy when going into stores etc. My resting heart rate is 45-50 bpm

Did anyone had the same experience w these meds
